Employment: September 1986 – May 1988 (Full-time position)
My work with Ian Blance was predominantly on large multi-lot subdivisions. I carried out the design of services and roading of the subdivisions supervised the construction thereof. The legal surveys for the subdivisions were carried out by myself.
I also carried out the legal survey for several rural subdivisions around Taumarunui and was responsible for setting out the final track CL on the Hapuawhenua Viaduct to a tolerance of 3mm.
