Here we have the ‘Good Old 2 lotter’ (A two lot subdivision) .
‘Subdivision’s like this one, look straight forward but the Rules are very pedantic in my opinion.’
The new Auckland Super City, if it achieves nothing else, will provide more uniformity through out the region.
